1. All exchange items MUST return back to us along with the invoice. Items without invoice can not be exchange whatsoever.

2. All return item must be in good condition, otherwise we'll send it back to you as it was before.

3. If we found out that either you or during the postage delivery was the caused of the damage, we will no be responsible for that.

4. We have the right to reject exchange request if the item is in unacceptable condition.
